Travel First Aid

As you prepare for summer adventures—alongside the sunscreen and a good book or two—don’t forget to bring along a well-stocked travel first aid kit.

You can buy one ready-made, but I recommend adding a few important items. And if you already have a kit, now’s a great time to check for expired meds or supplies.
